We're the BookingsGuru team and we look after the out of hours lettings at Y.G.C.R. on behalf of Mitie.

We aim to create a positive atmosphere within YGCR facilities and to allow all members of the local community to get the best out of our facilities.

We hope this generates extra income that can go towards improving the school for the benefits of not only the local community, but also the student life.

Mitie, founded in 1987, they are the UK’s leading facilities management and professional services company.

Working to maintain and ensure the school facilities are in the best condition for everyone who uses them.

BookingsGuru are a service provider, running the administration for after school lettings on behalf of schools and Company's like Mitie. We are your first point of contact for hiring the venue and ongoing liaison once you are booked in.

The BookingsGuru office is open 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday throughout the year. We are closed on Bank holidays.

YGCR opening times are as follows:

Monday - Fridays: 6.00pm until 9pm
Saturdays -: 9.00-5.00pm (enquire with site team first)
