Frequently Asked Questions

When can I hire the hall?
Ysgol Gyfun Cwm Rhymni (YGCR) is open for lettings 17:00-21:00 Monday to Friday.

Please be aware our office hours are different to the hours the venue is available to hire. Our offices are open 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday to take enquiries and answer your questions.

Can I book an event or party?
Yes we can accommodate events and parties within our current opening hours. Browse our Facilities to find your perfect space.

Can I booking during school holidays?
Unfortunately YGCR tends to be closed for maintenance works during school holidays so we cannot accommodate day time bookings during school holidays.

Is there parking on site?
There is limited parking available on site.

Can I view the venue before booking?
Yes, you can arrange a viewing of the venue and space you are interested in hiring before you make a booking. Contact Us or fill in the enquiry form below and we will arrange everything for you with the site team.

Will I be asked for documents before booking?

What happens when I arrive on site?
Once you have made a booking at YGCR and you arrive on site, head to the main reception where a member of our site team will greet you and direct you to your booked space.
